Export/Import File and Image

  • When importing via Excel, importing pictures or documents to attachment fields is supported by importing the picture or document link address, and the server will automatically download and save it to the corresponding attachment field.

  • When exporting data from a worksheet, the attachment field is exported as the link address of the picture document.

I. Import

Importing the source file of the image document directly is not supported. Instead, the publicly accessible link of the image document should be placed in Excel, which will be automatically downloaded and saved to the corresponding attachment field when imported.

Supported Formats

  • Link only

As shown below, the link format of the picture document is written directly in the cell, if an attachment field is imported into multiple picture documents, the links are separated by English commas.

After importing, the name of the attachment directly reads the name in the link, for example, the first one in the figure, the name of the picture after importing is qGkYtIVfp_107173456.

  • Custom attachment name and link

Support to define the name directly when uploading the attachment, the name should be with extension. The format is: Name. Extension (URL), if it is more than one attachment, you need to add English comma.

II. Export

Attachment field in the export, the image or document exported as a link, the user can click the link to view the source file.

The export effect is as follows:

    1. The exported link is stored in Excel in the following format: file name (with extension) + link, separated by a comma in Chinese if it is more than one link.
    1. The exported links support the original package again to guide back to Mindo to generate new files.
    1. It will not judge whether the user has view or download permission for the attachment, and can be exported directly.
    1. MingDao links are unified need to log in MingDao system to view (only need to log in once).
